FIRST NAMES ARE SPECIAL!

No one should have their first name dragged through the mud by other people. First names are special! Our names identify us as human beings no matter what our personalities are like.

Now while I would love to give some people a lesson on throwing the first stone while judging other people, I would rather tell you how shy I felt about what the world was doing to not only a woman named Karen but others with the same name. And while at times I felt unsure about my own name, I became upset that people would use her name and mine as if it was a description, make it famous for so many bad reasons and justify it by calling it a meme.

And while I completely understand this behavior, because people are people so to speak, it made me wonder to myself - Is everyone completely focused on what others do? Or does anyone beside me have at least one mirror in their house that they look into?

After studying to become a holistic life coach, I decided if the world had my first name in a spotlight and was going to keep it there, I wanted to be a part of it.

Welcome to my stage. And thank you to the many people who are so focused on my first name.
